Why do you have 2 first Goalies ??

Because here in Dallas, we find it useful to have two good goaltenders so we don't have to overuse a goalie by making him play in 65+ games. Also, Turco is getting old and will be a free agent next summer. We're talking with his agent right now but we don't know if a deal will get done before July 1st.

We have two really great free agents to re-sign and with the season he's having, Alex Kovalev is more likely to stay.

And even if we WANTED to ship Leclaire or Turco elsewhere, there's not a single team looking for a number 1 goaltender at the moment, so we COULDN'T!

I would choose the one who has the best stats so far in the playoffs!

We could but I'm really happy with the team as it is right now.

We have two really good offense lines with Sedin, Kovalev, Hodgson, Cogliano, Morrow and Eriksson, and a lot of depth on the 3rd and 4th lines. The chemistry between Sedin, Hodgson and Kovalev is perfect so that's what keeps us on track.

Our defence is not the best in the league but it's playing better than what it looks like. Hamrlik, Stuart and Spacek are good veterans and Larsen, Pelech and Picard complete them well.

And we have two #1 goalies so the competition between them makes us a better team because neither of them takes the #1 spot for granted.

I think our team is way better than what people think, and in my opinion we are serious cup contenders. Let's just hope everyone keeps up the good work!
