We are having a network problems
Unfortunately, we're experiencing some networking issues that are affecting our web and mysql servers. If your site is suddenly not loading or can't connect to the database, it's most likely related.
We're looking into this and will be posting updates if this network problem cannot be fixed in next 60 minutes. Please do not submit and tickets about this issue and do not increase our work load as we are fully dedicated in resolving this network problem. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We have already contacted Data Center to resolve this major network outage which was caused due to massive thunderstorms in Asheville, NC (Location of our Data Center). We have dispatched our engineers to resolve this and get it back on track as soon as possible. We are deeply sorry for inconveniences and thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are continuing to experience Internet connectivity disruptions. Our Network Engineering Staff has Isolated the issue to the BGP process. Cisco Support has been engaged and the issue has been escalated to the highest priority. We will continue to keep you updated as we learn more.
